Never run out of your favourite scent. We have two monthly subscriptions: The Ritual Club, a wax melt subscription box, and a candle refill subscription for your refillable Aroma Quartz candle. Both are made with natural coconut wax, phthalate-free fragrance oils, and hand-poured in Shropshire.
The Ritual Club: monthly wax melt subscription
The Ritual Club is our monthly wax melt membership. Each month you receive a curated selection of botanical wax melts, hand-poured in coconut wax and topped with dried botanicals. Every delivery includes at least one exclusive scent made only for members, which you can't buy anywhere else.

Candle refill subscription
If you already own an Aroma Quartz refillable candle, a refill subscription sends a fresh coconut wax refill pod to your door each month in the scent you choose. Keep your jar and pour in the new wax, rather than buying a new candle each time.
- £15 a month for one refill pod in your chosen scent
- 175g per pod, with a 35 to 40 hour burn time

Which subscription is right for you?
Choose The Ritual Club if you use wax melts regularly and enjoy trying new seasonal scents. Choose a candle refill subscription if you already burn one of our candles and want to keep the same scent going.
Subscription questions
Can I cancel a subscription?
The Ritual Club can be paused or cancelled at any time. The candle refill subscription has a 3-month minimum term, and after that you can cancel whenever you like.
When will my first box arrive?
The Ritual Club ships within a few days of signing up. After that, you're charged on the 9th of each month and your box is dispatched on the next working day.
Is a subscription a good gift?
Yes. A Ritual Club subscription keeps giving, and it's an easy gift when you're not sure which scent someone would choose.
Do you offer subscriptions for reed diffusers or room sprays?
Not at the moment. Our subscriptions are for wax melts and candle refills. You can see all our subscriptions here.
