What is the Ritual Club?
The Ritual Club is our monthly wax melt membership. Each month, subscribers receive a curated selection of botanical wax melts, hand-poured in coconut wax in our Shropshire studio. Every delivery includes at least one exclusive scent created specifically for members and not available to buy separately on the site.
It is designed for people who use wax melts regularly and want a reliable monthly delivery of scents that are genuinely seasonal and genuinely made with care.
What do you actually receive each month?
Each monthly delivery contains:
- A selection of botanical wax melts, typically including a core collection fragrance and a subscriber-exclusive blend
- Melts made in 100% coconut wax, phthalate-free fragrance oils and topped with dried botanicals
- Up to 16 to 20 hours of fragrance per melt
- Packaging designed to arrive safely and look beautiful
The exact contents change every month. That is the point. The scents follow the seasons and the exclusive blend is always something I have made specifically for that month.
The exclusive scent
This is the part of the Ritual Club I am most proud of. Each month I create a fragrance that is made only for subscribers. It is not a variation on something from the main range. It is a new blend, created for that specific month, that you will not find anywhere else.
Over time, members build up a collection of exclusive scents that no one else has. Several subscribers have been with us for over a year and they regularly tell me that the exclusive scent is the part they look forward to most.
Who is the Ritual Club for?
Honestly, it is for people who use wax melts every day and want to take the decision-making out of it. If you burn through a melt or two a week, a monthly delivery keeps you stocked without you having to think about it. And the exclusive scent means there is always something new to try.
It is also for people who want to feel connected to the seasons. I spend a lot of time developing scents that reflect what is happening outside. Spring melts are lighter and greener. Autumn melts are warmer and earthier. There is something genuinely lovely about receiving a scent that matches the time of year.
How does it work?
You sign up on the product page and your first box ships within a few days. After that, your subscription renews monthly and your next box ships around the same time each month. You can pause or cancel any time, though in practice very few people do.
It is £12.95 per month with free shipping.
Is it good value?
Our individual melts are £1.75 each or £12 for an 11-melt box. The Ritual Club at £12.95 includes a comparable quantity of melts plus an exclusive blend you cannot buy elsewhere, with free delivery. So yes, it is good value, but more than the price, you are paying for the curation. Someone has chosen and developed scents that work together for that specific time of year. You do not get that from buying a pick and mix.
Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel the Ritual Club at any time?
Yes. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fees.
When does my box ship each month?
Your first box ships within a few days of signing up. Renewals ship around the same date each month. You will receive a notification when your box is on its way.
Are the wax melts in the Ritual Club the same as the ones on the website?
Some months include melts from the core collection, but every box also includes at least one exclusive subscriber scent that is not available to buy separately anywhere on the site.
What if I do not like a scent?
That is entirely possible. Fragrance is personal. If a particular month does not suit you, you can use it as a wax melt in a room where you spend less time, give it as a gift or use a small amount at a time blended with a scent you prefer. The exclusive nature of each blend means it is worth holding onto rather than discarding.
Is the Ritual Club suitable as a gift?
Yes. A Ritual Club subscription makes a genuinely good gift because it keeps giving. You can sign up for someone else and the first box will arrive within a few days. Several of our subscribers originally received the membership as a birthday or Christmas gift and then continued it themselves.
