Local Delivery (Shrewsbury Area)
We're delighted to offer free local delivery from our Shrewsbury studio. If your postcode qualifies, you'll see this option at checkout — no codes needed.
Our service covers the bulk of SY1, SY2, and SY3 postcodes, along with nearby areas within a set radius of our studio.
🚚 Delivery days: Tuesdays & Fridays (daytime or evening slots).
⏰ Order cut-off: Place your order before 12pm on a Tuesday or Friday, and we'll aim to deliver the same day.
It's our way of keeping things simple, sustainable, and local.
UK Shipping
We ship nationally across the United Kingdom. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and we offer free delivery on orders of £45 or more.
We partner with trusted carriers including DPD, Evri, and Royal Mail to deliver your order safely and promptly.
Processing & Dispatch
Our standard processing time is 3–5 working days. Orders are dispatched Monday through Friday.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Returns & Refunds
Eligibility for Returns
We want you to love your order. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, or are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:
- The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Gift cards
- Sale items
- Perishable goods
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at hello@aroma-quartz.com with your order details and reason for return. Please do not send items back without prior authorisation — we'll confirm next steps and, where applicable, provide a prepaid return label.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect or defective item), in which case we'll provide a prepaid label.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please contact us immediately at hello@aroma-quartz.com if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
