Shipping policy

At Aroma Quartz, each order is carefully prepared in our Shropshire studio. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about processing times, delivery options and local delivery.

Processing Times

All of our products are made to order to ensure the highest quality.

Our usual processing time is 1–3 working days

Orders are packed Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays)

During peak periods, launches or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

UK Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the UK using Royal Mail and Evri tracked services.

Standard Shipping (UK) - Royal Mail Tracked 48

Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days after dispatch

Express Shipping (UK) Royal Mail Tracked 24

Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as postal delays or adverse weather.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your chosen delivery option

Free UK shipping is available on UK domestic orders over £40, sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48

Customers can upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout if required

Local Delivery (Shrewsbury)

We offer local hand delivery within 5 miles of our Shrewsbury studio.

Local delivery is £1, or free on orders over £40

The option will appear at checkout if your address is eligible

We do not operate on fixed delivery days, but deliveries are made regularly throughout the week

You will receive confirmation once your order is scheduled for delivery

Local delivery is doorstep delivery only.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

While we will always assist where possible, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout.

We cannot accept responsibility for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional postage costs may apply before the order can be resent.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with items missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photographs where applicable

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
