Each diffuser is hand-poured in small batches in our Shropshire studio using a plant-derived base, allowing for a consistent, long-lasting fragrance that gently fills your space. A few simple steps will help you get the most from your reed diffuser, ensuring a consistent and long-lasting fragrance.

Insert your reeds

Place the reeds into the bottle and allow them to absorb the fragrance oil for 5 to 10 minutes.

Flip your reeds

After the initial soak, flip the reeds to begin diffusing the scent. Continue to flip every few days, or as needed, to refresh and strengthen the fragrance. For a more subtle scent, flip less often.

Control the strength

Use fewer reeds for a lighter scent, or all reeds for a fuller fragrance. This allows you to tailor the intensity to your space.

Choose the right placement

Position your diffuser in a well-ventilated area, such as a hallway or near a doorway, to help the fragrance circulate naturally.

Keep away from heat and sunlight

Avoid placing your diffuser near radiators or in direct sunlight, as this can cause the fragrance to evaporate more quickly.

Turn reeds with care

When flipping the reeds, do so over a protected surface and avoid contact with polished or delicate materials.

Spillages

If any fragrance oil is spilled, wipe the surface immediately to prevent damage or staining.
